  • Order Placement: By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in information, or payment issues.
  • Payment: Payments for orders must be made through the methods provided on our website. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We use major Pakistani couriers, including Leopurd and Trax, for shipping. Delivery times are typically 3 to 4 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other external factors.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Customized Products: If there is an issue with your customized product or a mistake in the customization, you are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of receipt. Replacement requests are processed through Leopurd or Trax couriers. The new parcel will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Color Warranty: Our jewelry includes a 1-year color warranty. If the color deteriorates, you may return the product for a replacement, provided you have the courier slip.
  • Refunds: To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to your specified account.
