1. Customized Products:

  • We specialize in customized jewelry, including name-printed products. If there is an issue with the product or if there is a mistake in the customization, you are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Replacement Process:

  • Replacement requests will only be processed through Leopurd or Trax couriers. To initiate a replacement, please return the product using the same courier service. It is essential to retain the courier slip for processing your replacement request.
  • In the case of a replacement, the new parcel will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.

3. Color Warranty:

  • Our jewelry comes with a 1-year color warranty. If the color of the product deteriorates within this period, you may return the product for a replacement. Please ensure that you have the courier slip when returning the product to claim the warranty.

4. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us via our WhatsApp number. Refunds will be processed to your account within 7 to 10 working days after we receive and verify the return.
